EXACLIBUR RESOURCES APPOINTS EXECUTIVE OFFICERS AND PROVIDES CORPORATE UPDATE

Excalibur Resources Ltd. is pleased to announce that Ms. Donna McLean has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer. Ms. McLean has over 25 years of experience in a number of financial and accounting capacities, including Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Sr. Accountant.
She has been responsible for the accounting and reporting functions of the Company since May 2010. Ms. McLean has worked for numerous publicly traded and private mining companies including Aurania Resources Ltd., Intrepid Mines Ltd. and Xmet Inc. Donna is founder and President of DMc Corporate Services Inc., a private company that provides financial and administrative services to established and emergent businesses, operating in a variety of sectors and industries.
Timothy Gallagher has stepped down as Chief Financial Officer to move into the position of Chief Executive Officer, and will remain as Chairman of the Board.
The Company has today granted incentive stock options to an ongoing geological consultant to purchase up to 80,000 common shares at $0.18 per share for a five year period, pursuant to its Stock Option Plan.
In other news, the Company has terminated its option to acquire the Silver King Property, located near Nelson, British Columbia, in order to focus its resources on the Catanava Gold production venture in Mexico.
Excalibur Resources Ltd. is a junior exploration mining company focused on the discovery, development and mining of economically viable precious and base metal mineral resources.
