it´s early games. We need to start production first, but Tim Gallagher is determined to pay a dividend, once the company is cash flow positive.

And the "physical dividend" option was something I suggested to Tim. If this is offered to shareholders, it will definately be an OPTION !

Here is Tim´s comment on the dividend issue from one of the latest mail conversations:

"As a strategy we had in mind the concept that we wanted investors to feel like they were close to being owners/partners in their own 'mine' and givent the undeveloped nature of the Pinos District there would never be a reason to sell like a "long-term loyal Warren Buffet shareholder" vs insitutions which are always selling."

No news on TSX-V listing.

Test production with Tannous Vein dump material to start in the next few weeks. I expect commercial production to start beginning of Q3.
