I agree, it is painful to watch. Once again though, deadlines are missed, releases delayed. I'm very curious about the cause of the JV delay. I expect it is simply legal language, but with the experience on both companies in creating these agreements, I am very surprised the initial release date was missed, let alone a second delay. Makes me wonder what the sticking point is.

I think these results were good, but the delay in the JV release (IMHO) kept a lid on any gains.
