The way I see this, Prosperity has excatly 1:10 currently EVG shares, that means that for every 1 EVG share you will receive 1/10 of Prosperity shares. For example if you have 10K EVG shares then you will receive 1K Prosperity shares, so some kind of dividend payment, Prosperity should come at $0,15 and that means that you will have 1,5 Cent pro EVG share. Well, maybe I am wrong, but I think that this is what you will get...
