While Goldcorp may have gotten a good deal on its pp, I do think the benefits to EVG outweigh the dilution. We have one of the majors of all majors giving the thumbs up to one or both of the discovery areas, which over time should help investor confidence. Also, there is now some competition for Newmont, which some thought would takeout EVG for a steal...
