Plums - Other companies are having trouble rasing cash even with millions of proven ounces (see Midway Gold among others).

Bert - I want to make it clear that it is not my intentions to upset anyone, but

when i read something that i don't really agree with, it is my nature to respond

in a so called friendly manner. The companies who may be having problems raising

cash, are mostly full of hot air. I will mention 2 in particular, which have been good

to me, profitwise that is. Underworld, announced in June 2009, 14.5 million p.p. at

1.25, they were recently taken out by Kinross...... ATAC in November 2009, announced

a p.p. of over 9 million at 0.90. They like EVG don't have a 43-101 out yet, but are

presently trading at $1.40... EVG may have more shares o/s but they do have 2

discoveries, as compared to one for ATC. I could go on & on, but it doesn't necessarily

add more credence to my point ,that there are MANY companies raising cash. Cash is
