Well, so that explains the Wolfus situation. I kinda thought it'd be something funny with him.

If there was acrimony between him and the company, maybe that's why the share price was being driven down? Is this his way of getting back at them?

Now I guess we get to see whether the market prefers an empty chair on the board, or Wolfus sitting in the same chair.

I guess we wait til tomorrow to see what happens to the price?
