Why?

Being a newbie to this site (& gold stocks), can someone explain why the stock price is taking such a hit? I'd think the news release on core samples & EVG presentation at the conference would encourage the stock prices to rise. Also, the lack of commentary on this forum seems odd after these 2 events.

Am I missing something?
