Was able to confirm some things on insider selling/buying but not what you might expect. EVG sold 1MM shares of GPD on 11/16. Presumably these are the GPD shares that were acquired by EVG in July, in a PP at 0.50. That would leave EVG still holding 1/2MM GPD warrants that are exercisable at 0.75 for 18 months (01/2011 or so). The GPD shares were sold by EVG to a GPD insider, but one that is below the reporting threshold (i.e. apparently not an officer/director) so it probably won't show up in SEDI or other sources. Still trying to get more info on the Thurs/Fri insider sales of EVG.
