ALL WE HAVE TO DO IS ASK

Evolving Gold is focused on exploring its significant discovery at Rattlesnake Hills, Wyoming, an alkalic gold system, similar to the Cripple Creek gold district in Colorado, and on gold properties adjacent to the Carlin district of Nevada.
There does seem to be interest in the company. They SEEM to have it under control.
I want to believe.

Subject: EVG Hostile takeover
Mr. Bick:
First let me thank you for the prompt response to my last question and comments on the news releases and the PP. I did take the liberty of posting it on our Agoracom Hub. Which did generate positive comments from the more educated and long holders.[Robert's comments] Good to hear.
However you reply does give rise to another question.
Does EVG suspect there is the a real possibility of a Hostile Takeover.
[Robert's comments] Let me be as clear as possible here. We have no suspicion of a hostile takeover!
Or have we become vulnerable due the cash position and the prospects of Rattle Snake.[Robert's comments] Companies who have expressed interest in us have signed confidentiality agreements with standstill clauses which prevent them from buying EVG on the open market and launching a hostile takeover.
Do we have a strategy in place for such an event, or just preparing for the possibility?[Robert's comments] Our job as managers is to make sure that we plan for eventualities like a hostile takeover. Having Scotia and National on board is a big asset.
Also when can we expect some news on Carlin.
[Robert's comments] Due to the backup at the lab and the urgency on the Rattlesnake assays, we put the Carlin assays at the back of the list to make sure that we can report the Rattlesnake assays as soon as possible. We don’t expect the Carlin assays until mid-December or January.
Respectfully
