I've spoken to several shareholders and read many posts on other sites and the majority of shareholders think the retail investor got screwed by this p.p...While I'm not a fan of further dilution, was it really that bad for shareholders? Many feel this impending doom, like the s/p will now fall. But, the 10% further dilution doesn't change the facts on the ground. What am I missing? I am surprised with the angst and anger I have heard. There is A LOT of anger, like this is typical financing scamming............
