Hello Plums, need help with hole 46.
Drill hole RSC-046 intersected the mineralized diatreme contact approximately 180 meters vertically below drill hole RSC-020 and intersected 39.6 meters at 1.52 gpt Au (130 feet at 0.044 opt Au), including 3.0 meters at 13.23 gpt Au (10 feet at 0.386 opt Au). Alteration and mineralization is related in part to an intermediate porphyry similar to that encountered to the east in drill hole RSC-027. There is growing evidence of the importance of this porphyry in the development of gold mineralization at Rattlesnake Hills.
My question is this; The total feet drilled says 1506 ft. From 397.8 to 437.4 we have good gold. Okay, but was the interval from 1 ft to 397.8 ft. assayed? I'd think so, why is there no mention of results between this interval? Is there no significant gold from 1ft to 397.8 ft? Looking at the collar of hole 46, this to me would be a very important interval to highly expand deposit size....IMO
Another thing, based on the highgrade zone of 65mx240x300 and using an average grade of 4grms/tn, I come up with a rough estimate of 1.5 million oz's of Au. Am I way off on this? Hard to say, but I'm thinking that we are at or around 2-3 million oz's overall, wild guess....
Any Input would greatly be appreciated. Thanks,
Oracle
