Forget everything I just wrote about the short position in this stock. I just looked again and realized I totally misread the table. The table indicates that there are just 4 shares short (in EVOGF, this does not apply to EVG.V, by the way) as of mid-September. I was looking at the Average Daily Share Volume which is increasing but has nothing to do with short positions.
