When a tulip bulb was valued on its ability to produce a flower, that was arguably not all perception. When tulip bulbs became valued solely on how much you could sell them for to some other mania-addled speculator, it was definitely all perception. That's what we need to monitor but given how these juniors are acting with gold at $1K, it seems to me that we are nowhere near a mania phase. Well, maybe it's near, but it ain't here...yet.

As far as timing goes, it seems to me that there is a distinct possiblity that EVG will be in the right place at the right time with the right "product" and the right team to capitalize on all of that. So yeah...it's got dilly potential written all over it, imo...
