News trumps technicals right now. Technicals may help us see points where the stock is going to break down farther but, if news comes out the trend could be dramatically changed.

I do use technical analysis on some stocks and the program that I use also shows that support is at $1.37. We touched $1.36 on only 1000 shares traded. Therefore, I'd ignore that it went under $1.37. We also had a small resistance point at $1.41 and there is another at $1.46 so, moving above those will be good on a technical basis.
