kd90210 - Thanks for the article, I struggled through it only to be reminded about how little I know about geology despite studying mining stocks for the past six years. Can you tell us more about how it relates to Rattlesnake? One thing that I did pick up on in the article:
"Since these veins have rather limited areal extents, the most economically favorable are those with a larger alteration halo. Those halos can also be auriferous, with economically exploitable gold concentrations."
That helps explain why EVG is excited not just about the high grades they have been hitting, but the long intersections of relatively low-grade halo mineralization. The high grades are great, but the lower-grade areas are what could sustain a mining operation for many years as seen at Cripple Creek.
