Aren't there around 9 million warrants coming due in March at .40-.50 a share? Could a majority of todays volume have something to do with that? In any case, I couldn't see the justification of selling at .40 to get your warrants at .40, unless there is a half share flow through warrant as well.......Personally, I would hope they don't get exercised.
