Is it possible that this latest Private Placement is a further hollowing out of Century to harvest some cash against a refusal of the Court to let the arrangement proceed? If no deal, Century is going to be diluted down to water.

Or, given the voting results, is the Court approval merely a formality?

What about the CSC? Is it now defunct? Will there be a concluding report on its activities? Does it still have an opening for further action on our behalf?

These questions may be naive, I don't know. But from what I am reading we are all but at the end of the line. No?
