A recent conversation I had with Joanna Longo disclosed that opinions about the business combination between CMM and WTG were solicited from a number of analysts. These included Fraser Mackenzie, Jennings, Versant and Canaccord. They were all very positive about the merits of the business combination. They really thought (from the street perspective) this would be a welcome fresh start and a divorce from previous management (which Ms Longo insinuated were to blame for everything).
