How much brain damage does a shareholder need in order to vote FOR this charade? I am still shaking my head in disbelief at the voting results and totally disgusted at the lack of intervention by the OSC to date. Not surprised however, as I have been through the Aurilean Resources (AUR) fiasco and the Noront Resources (NOT) intervention. I guess it is the last Venture exchange stock I will ever buy again if these guys get away with this total lack of fiduciary duty that seems to have the blessing of the OSC. Pitiful at its finest!
