I was at the meeting. I sat beside Al and his colleague. It was a bit demoralizing, although not completely unexpected. Campoy seemed very nervous and uncomfortable chairing the meeting but Sheridan was quite at ease as secretary.

Funny anecdote... at one point Campoy accidentally said "we can dispense with the resource" when he meant to say "dispense with the recess" while the scrutineers count the votes. I could only keep thinking how they had indeed dispensed with the resource in the recent NI 43-101 update.
