glendfish; As of May 26, 2011...the number of shares, per CMM website is 435, 655,651. I believe July 18 is beneficial ownership date. You have 444,456,141...were there 10 million other shares exercised or issued between May 26 and July 18? Would just like to clarify...thanks!!
