Minority shareholders want WTG because they can borrow 10 million? Are you kidding me? This speaks volumes to what CMM's assets will be doing - namely paying back the bank loans and interest that WTG will have accumulated in addition to paying for all of the propaganda that has been put out to force this combination down minority throats.

Question - Couldn't CMM have easily secured its own financing?
