Who said the following regarding my "What happens if you don't Vote?" post:

Sorry Pal, I read it different, VIF from Computer share reads on line [6}When properly signed and delivered,securities represented by this VIF will be voted as directed by you,HOWEVER,if such a direction is NOT made in ANY matter, the VIF will direct the voting of the securities to be MADE AS RECOMMENDED in the documentation provided by management for the meeting.
Also, in the voting instructions from RBC Direct Investing , under header YOUR VOTE IS IMPORTANT it states, {If you do NOT specify how you want your securities voted ,they WILL be voted AS RECOMMENDED in the information circular. AND on the blue VIF`S I got the recommendation is FOR.
So if you want your AGAINST vote to count, VOTE, I voted online last night my 102,700 Against.

To which I replied for McBeth's clarification:

If you submit your proxy without choosing for or AGAINST then it is at the discretion of the proxy nominee.
HOWEVER...IF YOU DON'T SEND YOUR PROXY IN, then, IT DOESN'T EXIST.
I checked with a lawyer. You can do so as well if you don't believe me.
