A large factory building is filled with dirt and junk. A few guys get together and sweep and shovel and push and lift and haul and get all the stuff to the back door and put it into a dump truck.

Some guy named pc gets into the truck and drives it to the landfill and takes all the credit for cleaning the building!!!!!.......the idiot didn't even need to break a sweat or get his fingernails dirty.

......that's not what happened!

To diminish any portion of what any one individual has contributed is demeaning to every person involved ...right down to the guy with 100 shares who sent in a dollar to do his/her part.

Some people carried the lions share of the load and did the most heavy lifting.......and paid the heaviest price.........then, for health or personal reasons, couldn't climb in the dump truck and now their efforts are discounted as something less than the reality dictates.

That's not fair for all and is not fair for any.
