You can put down MAJOR or SHERIDAN: they have to be there. I would be inclined to put down SHERIDAN.

You don't want to risk the possibility that someone else can't be present for whatever reason; even if we knew someone was intending to go (which we don't).

Remember Cinema Show - the CSC WON the following concession at the Court Ruling

"These included, but were not limited to, the saving and scrutiny of all proxies to insure that only minority shareholders do in fact vote"

I would also be extremely surprised if CSC legal representatives were not present at the vote.

I don't believe there is any chance of shenanigans given the above oversight.
