Positivecarry,
Thank you for the update and also thank you to the legal team that has put this wonderful piece together. From what i gather, it seems clear to me on how "I'm going to vote".
For what it matters, i myself without soliciting or encouraging others, will vote "NO" to both the "MERGER" and the "REDUCTION IN STATED CAPITAL". From what i have read and put together, it seems the reduction in stated capital wording is a setup to many to vote yes to and get screwed in the deal. That is of course my own opinions. So there you have it, i'm voting "NO" twice and will wait to hopefully see this merger defeated or regulators step in before the vote. Crunch time is here regardless and i remain positive that the "True shareholders of Century Mining will get there company back". Cheers to all and feel free to correct me if needed.
P.s I think payday said it best on stockigloo. Reduction in stated Capital=Reverse split IMHO.
