We have 84 million shares pledged on the anti-merger shareholders table. 80 million gives us more than 30% NO vote...not including the NO votes that aren't pledged and the potential exclusions of PP etc. shares discussed previously.

Remember, also, there are potentially 180 million shares that we DON'T Know about!! If even a fraction of these vote NO we are going to be WAY over the 30% threshold.
