This morning the concerned shareholders committee and its legal counsel attended the Superior Court. We had a very successful day! We will be back in court as soon as an additional court date can be set to complete the balance of our argument.

We are still debriefing those CSC members who were unavailble and we will have a short report for you tomorrow.

We are unable to provide the information via a news release in an effort to conserve our cash reserves.

I want to thank all those shareholders who dug deep and helped us financially. We have been prudent with the funds made availble to us. I realize many wanted us to fire all our bullets early in a display of bravado. Pulling the trigger in a gunfight to find you spent all your bullets at the target range, may make you look silly with a big hole in your forehead.
