Just a note of correction:

In order for the arrangement to happen a majority of the minority must vote 66 1/3% (plus one) in order to procceed.

The magic is in removing those votes that make up the majority shareholders that shouldn't be able to vote. (enter...... Joe Groia, WildLaw)

Once you come up with a much smaller group of eligible voters, the percentages change dramatically. We know how many people sent us money and we know roughly what percentage of minority shareholders...... can/will/did...... vote. Add in those people who are to cheap to help out, but want to ride coat tails, and all of a sudden we are a very powerfull group of owners.

Unfortunately we have had to use a very conservative number for the Non-contributors, but we are still comfortable in our projections. Convincing these people to step up, could give us the ability to stop asking....... and start demanding. You have no idea how close we are to that number!
