Since the business combination was announced CMM has been a total failure. The stock chart below clearly depicts how the market sees the deal and given the price of gold no can say that the price of gold is a factor. One might even say that management has delivered massive losses and should be replaced?

It's amazing that the March 24th news release stated, "We believe the combination of Century and White Tiger should provide financial stability to progress Century's Lamaque and San Juan mining operations."

One might ask; how will WTG bring financial stability to CMM when CMM has had no problem filling several PPs since the business combination was announced? Perhaps the focus should be on using the money raised through PPs to improve mining operations? One might also ask the question; should we not be replacing CMM management because they have not delivered shareholder value since the business combination was announced?
