The BoD are simply sitting DUCKS for whatever lawsuit, criminal charges or Regulatory disciplines that may eventually be directed towards Century Mining. Why they are allowing themselves to be put into this position, only they can explain.

From comments by those who attended the AGM, the Directors present were not effectively enacting their Fiduciary responsibilities. They were simply spectators. In the on-going commentary that is taking place, the Directors are not even a focus which speaks volumes to their lack of effectiveness and participation in the activities of Century Mining.

The individual Directors will have to answer for their abdication of responsibilities. I trust that they are governing themselves accordingly and feel comfortable with the positions that they have taken.

Only time will reveal reality.
