Good Morning to all!

Its been a while since i posted but for what it matters i have not bailed. There is quite a bit going on as of late and the absence of many of the great posters is becoming more evident and concerning. The reason i raise this issue which has already been mentioned is for the fight and the cause that we are in. This is a serious matter and serious matters must be attended in a professional way. My big concern is that the above anti-merger shareholders table has been depleted. If so we are done unless the regulators seriously step in ASAP. The evidence speaks for itself, and the crime has already been committed. It will eventually all come to light. At this point some have already been wiped out. Others are clinging on to hope. Hope that our Canadian system stands up for itself and the people who we placed in power for these certain cases will do the right thing. The people im referring to are us. The people are many. I'm talking about the average joe. I'm talking about one or two guys that want to wipe out hundreds if not thousands of investors who were only trying to make it and survive. You know feed there family's. Im outraged that this System we live in has not already stopped this nonsense and this arrogant SOB! I agree, there has been a cone of silence from SudburyNovice, Hoov, Rainhum, Blizzy, Positive Carry (I suspect Glorieux and Mr Stormpay bailed out way back) et al. Not sure what to make of it - I know we'd all like to know what is happening behind the scenes.

Obviously we've likely entered a stage where strategies must be held extremely closely, hence, no public disclosure of events (good or otherwise). I presume that the CSC is hard at work and we will hear from them via public statements in due course. I would think the AGM is a given, but it may not be...I'm sure I share the sentiments of many - it is hard to be patient and wait in silence - - many of us have alot of skin in the game and information is how we evaluate our position wrt our shareholdings...
