Having just reread the New Release, the stars line up to say that the facts stated plus other activities that have taken place such as the "interim" NI4-101 and on and on..... I believe that what we are seeing is a markeplace decision that this proposed merger is not going to go through and buyers are stepping up to the plate in anticipation of Major Finskiy withdrawing the proposal or the Regulators have spoken.

We are in an interesting phase of this debacle.
