Terrance…. I appreciate the preference to send email. My position is that a hard copy in a file folder (inches thick) is more effective and cannot be e-filed. Having made my point, here they are.

The key here is that "Major Finskiy" have again run up against resistance to their plan and we must continually and forcefully do whatever we can to frustrate and interfere in their plans which are against the collective benefit of Minority Retail Shareholders.

I do have a sense that if the tide isn't turning…. it is at least stalled

(New Brunswick having the highest tides in the world, 60 + feet, I would suggest that Daniel Major not walk out too far pushing this merger at low tide and get trapped on the sea floor. Is this possibly what Mellisa meant when she commented about his 3,000,000 options at $.48 being underwater?)
