4retire,

I think it to be rather premature and unhelpful to jump to such conclusions regarding the committee in the absence of any objective information. No news is always good news I believe - I again reiterate that it is highly unlikely the committee has jumped ship. Perhaps you should look into what it costs to retain counsel and produce the high caliber press releases that we have seen. I can assure you it is not cheap.

Additionally, and again, I would point out that the committee must also be VERY careful about the footsteps it takes in the public domain. We are not playing with tinker toys here. The CSC is most certainly in a delicate legal position that requires only extremely well thought out disclosures and discussion.

We have also heard on one of the forums or press releases (I can't remember which) that the committee itself is in a blackout situation. Therefore it is likely that they cannot buy or sell CMM from a legal perspective.

Accordingly, based on what I have outlined above, I can only conclude that it is EXTREMELY UNLIKELY that the committee has folded up shop and abandoned us. Rather, we will hear from them when the time is right.

If you or anyone else hasn't already done so - I urge you to put money toward supporting the CSC, rather than denouncing their efforts. Fredericton has posted numerous times - there has been a press release - $1 for every 1000 shares you own. You can't get something for nothing in life.

P.S. I also think we should wait until the SEDAR filings disclose the FULL voting data for any meaningful commentary on the vote.
