Just to add to the mix, I'm with Scotia McLeod Direct Investing (tied in, of course, with Scotia iTrade) and prompted by Uall, contacted them. After some delay, an agent called and walked me through a process to obtain printable copies of the proxy. A quick glance showed to produce four sets, fill them in precisely and then fax them in was far too cumbersome compared to internet or telephone voting.
BUT, she didn't give me the control number and after efforts involving numbers on the proxy forms I gave up. Will try again, this time specifically for the control numbers. I'm not too optimistic but will give it a try and if unsuccesful, at least see what excuse they are giving.
