You make an interesting analysis of the current situation, Antlizzie. But I doubt very much that we'll know more about the future of the proposed merger after the AGM. It is obvious (to me) that Finskiy wants to retain absolute control of the merged company (that is why he is not going to change the terms). Hopefully, the regulators will stop this shady proposal (which is full of conflicts of interest, etc.) Whatever happens, I decided that I will never invest (i.e. own shares) in any company where Finskiy & his cronies are involved. [Just my opinion]
