I'll just comment on reality and trust this will waylay any concerns. If you go back to one of the very early communications from the CSC (it could have also been Hoov or Sudbury Novice) our legal counsel advised that the CSC abstain from any trading or transactional activity.
Again in the early days, I was advised that since the CSC was aware of material information, that they could only communicate via a News Release and until they did that they had the responsibility to maintain a self imposed "Blackout" position.
We are Big Boys (and Girls) playing in the Big Time. Even the smallest leak from either side could tip the balance of the result. I remind everyone that Keith Hulley executed a self imposed Blackout...... and they (Finskiy & Assoc.) have manipulated and maneouvered behind the scenes to their advantage.
So the end result .... with 11 days to go is, keep our powder dry and don't play into the hands of Finskiy & Assoc. I'm just as anxious as anyone...... But my trust is in the CSC.
Have a good weekend all.
ps: I haven't had any response from my "dear friend" Richard Meschke either pertaining to my open email to him discussing that his options and incentives were in the same boat as the shares held my Minority Retail Shareholders. I guess friends don't talk to each to each other during a 'Blackout" period.
