Message: BLACKOUT

Fredericton - I'm glad you reminded me of the so-called blackout period.

4-February -2011 - Century’s new CEO, Daniel Major, hosts a conference call. Comments: He comes across as very competent and professional and extremely upbeat about Century’s operations and production forecasts. He would not respond to any questions about finances because of being “in a blackout period”.

I thought a blackout period tended to be after a quarter but before financials, or around some type of restructure or similar. How long has CMM's official blackout been on for? Is it official? What is their policy; most companies have it publicly on their website...

Would any of the insider transactions which have occured over the last 6 months (including options which are supposed to have 'expired') be subject to scrutiny under blackout period rules?
