This upcoming AGM is a precursor indication of what is to come by the magnitude of the votes.... For, Withhold or Against. If it is close or, in fact, stirs up the pot and we see some changes take place because of our efforts, then the CSC will have a definitive idea of direction that they must go in order to protect our interests as minority retail Shareholder.

Finskiy & Assoc. are creating a soup of assets that are becoming so intertwined that individual identity is being lost. In the scheme of things that we are becoming increasingly aware of, CMM gets lost, there will be inter- assignable assets pledged to Banks and other lenders, profit redistribution amonst the assets will occur when advantageous ..... and the possibilities go on and on and on. This will create dillusion of our assets that will in effect wipe out the value that we were enjoying and are entitled to.

I liken it to an interplanetary black hole that will suck in mass in its path ..... if you look into the black hole you'd see nothing..... but it is all still there.

My bottom line.... put a stop to this nonsence, clean up the mess, take our company back, start managing the mining of the millions of ounces in the ground, optimize profitablily, grow CMM's asset base, protect shareholders from any reoccurence of these events. Century Mining must become a Leader not a follower.

In order to make this happen, voting indicators have already been given by others. As many as possible votes must be cast. Finskiy & Assoc. and Major's part time mis Management team must be given the message that we do not want them controlling any part of OUR company. We do not trust them. A secondary better or other offers is not an option. They are not wanted by minority retail shareholders.

Regulators may see and act on the farce that is taking place.... but they must only be treated for what they bring to our party....... an attempt to keep a level playing field when it comes to fairness and transparency. But it is the makeup of the Board of Directors, the auditors, the Named Executive Officers that will ultimately grow CMM
