My Wants and Needs

Having read to Page 26 of the MIC..... I am BOILING ANGRY at the remuneration, perks and benefits that this present misManagement team are bleeding off for themselves while minority retail shareholders are forced to wallow in their true mismanagement of OUR assets.
On my agenda of wants and needs......

pages 7 to 24 deal totally with STATEMENT OF EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION out of a 25 page MIC..... followed by a 14 page Appendix which deals with topics in much the same area .....
The truth of the matter is that the performance of Daniel Major and the part time misManagement team (NEO's) has been so bad in the past year that they should be paying us in order to prove their capabilities. Unfortunately, this is not the way life works. But what does work and is a fact of life are my "Wants and Needs" listed above.
On reflection, this whole upcoming AGM is about the ways and means of them and theirs filling their pockets. It may be prudent to ANALyze the fine details of this MIC against the last MIC so see if they are going to change the rules to make it easier to bleed off assets.
I am reminded of Daniel Major's CC response .... that he didn't think a "Scorch Earth" policy would be necessary. That was 4 months ago ..... a lot has changed in the meantime.
Disclaimer..... I have a right to express my opinions especially when I am faced with the mismangement of others who are affecting my personal welfare. Those "others" should be grateful that we live in a civilized democratic country where the rule of law is the basis for our rights.
