Here's my recent act of suspicion against Finskiy & Assoc. as well as Major's part-time mismanagement team..... the circular is said to also refer to the Special Meeting as well as the AGM. It was suggested that this is because of an early printing prior to the supposed differentiation of the two meetings forced by the TSX rules. BUT IS IT? Could they be trying to sneak this thru on the sly.......
