I dont' think that this ratio needs to be reached in trading, although there may be some regulation that the ratio has to be within Z%. Rather, I think the value of our CMM shares will relate only to WTG on the day of the merger. So, as an example:

On merger day - (if and when) WTG is trading at $2 and CMM is trading at .25cents - then effectively (and probably briefly) your CMM will be worth 80cents. That is if you have 100,000 CMM shares at .25cents (worth 25,000 dollars), you will acquire 40,000 WTG shares at $2 (worth 80,000 dollars).

However, I suspect the WTG shareprice to plummet as everyone tries to cash out.
