I also listened to the full session. An absolute must for all of us. I took interest in some of the techniques that I have watched take place over the past 6 months.

We recently had, what I am of the opinion, was a Basher in our midst. Little did I realize that Bashers are paid according to OUR responses.... repeat, OUR responses.
