I disagree. Finskiy is nothing compared to the crooks you will find on Wall Street. I know there is a lot of negative press about Russians in general but I can guarantee you that Russians are generally very good people to do business with - 1st hand experience.

I am Dutch and a proud Dutchman as well, but if I look at what some of our Dutch companies have done in the world (oil&gas, banking etc); such fraudulent and corrupt practices make Finskiy look like 'Hello Kitty'.

And I am sure Canada has those examples as well. The biggest bastards you will find on Wall Street, not in Russia.
