I wonder if Mr Finskiy, Mr Scola and their associates in the Management & BoDs of CMM and WTG are involved in a gigantic scheme of SELF-DEALING. We know that Finskiy & Scola are each insiders of both CMM & WTG. So, are they and their associates involved in self-dealing with the proposed "business combination"?

INVESTOPEDIA defines self-dealing as: "A situation in which a fiduciary acts in his own best interest in a transaction rather than in the best interest of his clients. If he breaks this obligation, the wronged party can sue the fidutiary for monetary damages." "Individuals who may be in a position of a fiduciary include trustees, corporate officers, board members and financial advisors."
