For Messrs. Lamarque, Sheridan, Campoy, it is all coming to an end. At the request of Hoov, I have been suggesting nominees to the next AGM.

One thing that stands out in my nominees is the absolute mining sector qualifications of my nominees. Messrs. Lamargue, Sheridan and Campoy, in my opinion have enjoyed what must be the last of their involvement with Century Mining. Others who are more qualified is what CMM needs. Not "yes men" feeding at the trough.

Another reason that we need Directors with more experience and finesse is that we will still have the issue of Messrs. Finskiy, "(unfortunately) Keith Hulley", Major, Scola and certain elements of the part-time misManagement team within the CMM headoffice.

It will not be pretty. It must be done. No exceptions.
