Thanks for the post, Docman; and especially thanks to Chadio for doing the initial "legwork". As Chadio says:.."there you have it, how to use up $75.7 million and still be mining 2g/t..." And why the huge increase in 'Administrative Expenses"? Maybe it was all that preliminary "legal work" for the business combination?? Or hiring the financial advisors? The CEO & the BoD should be held responsible.

It will be interesting to see what the audited financial statements will show in CMM's Annual Report (due out shortly). If there was/is massive fraud, I doubt very much that such information could be "doctored up". I wonder if there is a need for some rigorous forensic accounting here?
