I'll start by saying this is MY OPINION ONLY.

I would feel a hell of a lot better knowing our N43-101 was in the hands of someone who played no part in anything Norilsk Nickle has prepared.

I read Helmer's Dancing with Bears and it sure sounded to me like shareholders were screwed over by Max and Co. as they allegedly devalued the company in sinister ways so that they could reap the rewards.

Unfortunately Mr Stan Bartlett's name is associated with work on Norinsk Nickle

ex. 1 RAO Norilsk: Team member for on-site assessment of mineral resources and ore reserves at

nickel mine in northern Russia, for the purposes of an international financing.

ex 2. MMC Norilsk Nickel: Audit review of mineral reserves of the Norilsk Nickel (Polar Division)

and Pechenga Nickel (Kola Division) mines on behalf of the company.

You can color me paranoid but with the Max and Co. I feel I have good reason to distrust these bloody criminals!

If you really want Century to grow, tell Max to call off the merger, then resign.
